VIP Veterinary Surgery is situated in central Lagos. It is a purpose built veterinary hospital, which caters for all medical, surgical and preventative health measure for your pet.

The clinic is open between 9am and 6pm Monday-Friday and Saturday mornings. It operates a consultation based schedule to examine and treat out-patients. Consultation hours are between 9am to 11am and 4pm till 6pm. Standard consultations are 19.50€ and are booked for 20 minutes, so that complex cases can be worked up thoroughly. Emergency cases are seen at any time as a matter of priority.

Throughout the rest of the day, the staff undertake booked-in and emergency surgeries, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures. Large animal visits (most commonly, Horses) are also undertaken by the veterinarian in the afternoons.

The dedicated surgery suite is replete with a range of anaesthetic and para-surgical equipment necessary for some of the specialised surgeries undertaken at VIP.

The new clinic has a comprehensive array of diagnostic and surgical instruments. It also has a friendly, open (and air-conditioned) waiting room where patrons can peruse literature on pet nutrition, disease control and get advice for their pet concerns(!)

VIP has also started a nurse's clinic, which is held during the week. The consults will be attended by our nurse, Emma Townson. The Nurse Clinic consults are free of charge. The aim of the clinic is for our nurse to conduct a cursory examination and give you advice on animal health topics such as dental disease, obesity, suture removals, etc. As well as providing information on basic health and nutrition.
